At Noonday Collection, the Shine conference is the biggest event of the year. It’s a time for the brand’s ambassadors to get together and celebrate all of the impact they have created through international fair trade work. It is a weekend of nonstop fun and a chance for the community to come together in one space to party.

The Noonday cliental is predominantly women, many of whom are mothers and full time workers - aka women who rarely get a vacation! The goal for Shine 2023 was to give these women a disco party and vibrant atmosphere to let them have a weekend of joy.
